1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SmartKidz subscription at any time through your Parent Dashboard. Cancellation stops future recurring billing. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Your Statutory Rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a “major failure” of the Service.
A major failure occurs if the Service is significantly unfit for its educational purpose, is unsafe, or deviates substantially from the description provided.
3. Refunds
Aside from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or for “change of mind.”
